ProperFuck respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors and partners to do the same. This page explains how to ask for material to be removed.
What is hosted here
This website does not host video, images or streams. Listings are generated from feeds published by third-party cam platforms, and the media you see is delivered directly from those platforms. In most cases the fastest route to removal is to contact the platform that hosts the material, because that removes it at source rather than removing one listing that points to it.
Sending a notice
If you own the copyright in material listed on this website, or are authorised to act for the owner, send a written notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this website where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
What happens next
Valid notices are acted on promptly, usually by removing the listing entirely. We may also notify the originating platform. Incomplete notices will be returned with an explanation of what is missing.
Counter-notice
If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your contact details together with your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live.
Repeat infringers
Accounts, partners or feeds that repeatedly supply infringing material are removed from this website.
